Quality and on Time Delivery of Materials

We strictly monitor the supplier quality and on time delivery of the materials or services in all our projects internationally. We have the required international experience and we monitor our suppliers in order to receive the materials on time and in accordance with the specifications. We have sound knowledge of industry codes and standards so that we can identify non conforming quality and manufacturing issues before they impact the works of a project. We check the suppliers, before award and we carry out survey/audit assessment, source surveillance and post award survey/audit assessment in order to make sure that they have the capabilities to deliver the materials in accordance with their contract obligations.
